Shelby's Room

So for the past month Heath and I have been working on Shelby's room when we can. Beside hanging things on the wall and a few things here and there we are pretty much done. It was a long process though first we put in the trim and molding....deciding the paint colors (that took forever)....then painting the walls then the trim... we just did everything one weekend at a time. My sister in law Jody made her bedding which I love! Thanks Jody! :)

Now that its done we just have to make the transition of her sleeping in there...lol!!! She still sleeps in our pack-n-play nice and close! I need baby steps....she sleeps in there during nap time that's good for now ;)

New team to Cheer for....

So I surprised heath one morning with Shelby in her Raiders outfit....he was not so excited but she does look quite cute in black and grey....and the raiders seem to be winning since she put it  on ;)

My day off!

I am so thankful for Jewish Holidays....because I get to spend the whole day with Shelby and I do not have to go to work!!! She is such a doll. Smiling more and laughing more...and such a great sleeper. We went to bed at 7 last night woke up at 6:30 to eat and then fell back asleep till 8:45 and woke up with a smile on her face. I am so lucky!

She is starting to sit on her own for a very small amount of time

And she does not like tummy time to much she will do it for a minute or two

then lays back down and cries until I help her roll back over. She is such a sweetie!

Our Little Bronco

So Heath has been looking every where to get Shelby some sport outfits...I finally found this when when out with my mom. He really wants a lakers onies for her but cant find one yet so until then Heath is excited for her to watch Sunday night football with him.

Operation Walk Denver

So heath and I had our first date night. His work bought a table for Operation Walk Denver it was a fundfasing event. It is not-for-profit volunteer medical services organization that provides free surgical treatments for patients in developing countries and in the United States. These patients suffer from debilitating bone and joint conditions, such as arthritis, and do not have access to medical care. Operation Walk also educates local orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other health care professionals on the most advanced treatment of hip and knee joint diseases. Founded in 1994, Operation Walk teams have operated on hundreds of patients in Russia, Cuba, Nepal, China, the Philippines, Peru, Nicaragua, Mexico and the United States. It is a great organization.

But this was Shelby's first night with a sitter and who better than with Elinor my good friend from work. She is due in a month and wanted some pratice...Shelby cried when we left and so did I...lol. But she did great and Elinor said she had a great time too Hopefully Shelby did not scare her too much!
